After Galatasaray Doğa Sigorta's home win against EWE Baskets Oldenburg in 7DAYS EuroCup's Round #2, our coach Ertuğrul Erdoğan and big man Zach Auguste gave their comments about the game.

Coach Erdoğan: "I told my players how dangerous the opponent is. Probably they did not listen to me well because we could not realize our strategy or play our own game in the first quarter. Especially in second and third quarters, we upped the tempo. We had the chance to run the floor and managed to exercise our strategy. Again, we made a lot of simple mistakes. Mistakes we made in the final minutes of quarters are not acceptable as we are a team together for a year. That's why we need to play a better basketball. We scored 92 points today but it doesn't mean much. Because we scored most of them without any organization or scheme. Talent wins you games but never championships or big matches. We have to bring our basketball IQ and talent together. On the other hand, of course I am happy with this win. This was an important game for us. Next Tuesday we are going to play in Malaga's court. It's going to be a tough game, they are a team with culture. I am wondering how we are going to react to that."

Zach Auguste: "We started slow but then gathered our concentration and dominated the rest of the game. We are happy to win in front of our fans. We want to build on this momentum against Malaga next round."
