After our senior football team's 1-1 draw against BtcTurk Yeni Malatyaspor in Turkish Super League, Marcao commented about the result and the game to beIN SPORTS Turkey.

"The goal we conceded was not a creative one. It was a bad cross deflected to an unmarked player and that player hit a good shot but the fact that it was deflected to the unmarked man was unfortunate for us. As you know, it's still important to get a point in the league from away games. The value of these points is better understood in the final months of the league.Of course, we wanted to win and we should've win but unfortunately it's only a point we got.

It's not fair to say for me or Luyindama that we play with our hundred percent performance. I think we go for the better every game and we will be even better in the coming games. Every match is going to be hard.

Everyone knows, in the matches we play in our stadium, we display a different performance with our fans' support. We have a really critical game next week. A derby game is awaiting for us. We will have to play a smart and dominant game."
