An agreement has been reached with Stade Rennais Football Club for the temporary transfer of our professional football player, Przemysław Adam Frankowski, for the 2025/2026 football season, including a 1+1 year extension option, and a permanent transfer for the 2027/2028 season, subject to a mandatory purchase clause at the end of the 2026/2027 season.

According to the agreement, Stade Rennais Football Club will pay our company a temporary transfer fee of:

* 2.750.000 Euros for the 2025/2026 football season, and

* 2.750.000 Euros for the 2026/2027 football season.

Upon activation of the mandatory purchase clause, the permanent transfer fee to be paid by Stade Rennais Football Club to our company will be 5.700.000 Euros.

In addition, the agreement includes a conditional bonus payment of up to 1.300.000 Euros, valid until the end of the 2027/2028 football season.
