Galatasaray Football Team hosted Konyaspor at the second week of Turkish Super League Cemil Usta Season. Our team got a 1-1 draw, missing close chance to take the first victory of the season because of an injury-time goal by the opponent.

First half of the game ended goalless despite our team's significant dominance with the ball and the game.

But Lions kept up the pressure, increased the intensity in the second half and got the eventual result: Babel got into the opposition box thanks to a long ball from Nzonzi at the 60th minute and scored the ball with a deflected shot. 

In 73rd minute, referee showed the red card to our midfielder Seri after checking his hard tackle in VAR system.

Our team finished the 90 minutes at the front but took the decisive blow in 6-minute injury time.

In 96th minute, Jonsson found the ball at his feet in our box and found the net with a clear shot, making it 1-1. 

The game ended with the levelled score and Lions were forced to a draw.
