Galatasaray Senior Football Team is going to be hosted by Çaykur Rizespor in the first leg of Ziraat Turkish Cup's Last 16. The game is scheduled to start at 18.30 CET on 15 January.

The game is going to be the first official match in 2020 for our team. Lions are prepared to continue the campaign for 19th Ziraat Turkish Cup victory to extend our club's record-holding 18 titles in the competition.

Yellow and Reds played two friendlies and got two wins against Altay and Adana Demirspor to get ready for the second half of the 2019-2020 season in the mid-season camp in Antalya. The next game on the schedule after this clash is going to be the Matchday 18 of Turkish Süper Lig against Yukatel Denizlispor.

Our opponent Çaykur Rizespor is ready to face our team after getting through two rounds in the competition. Coached by İsmail Kartal, Rizespor has 6 wins, 2 draws and 20 points to rank 12th in Süper Lig table.

Our last match-up against Çaykur Rizespor ended with a 2-0 win for Lions on 11 November 2019.

Second leg of the match-up is going to be played in Türk Telekom Stadim on 23 January at 18.30 CET.
