Galatasaray Senior Football Team got a 1-1 draw in Çaykur Didi Stadium against Çaykur Rizespor in the first leg of Ziraat Turkish Cup's Last 16 round.

Emre Akbaba scored our team's only goal in his return after a long-term recovery process on 39th minute. Emre was also captain for Lions.

Just a minute before his goal, hosts took the lead with a counter-attack ending with Boldrin's volley at the far side of the box.

Following the goals, the game was rather uneventful until the last five minutes. Lions managed to score the goal for the win in the stoppage time with Emre Mor but youngster's effort was disallowed after VAR inspection.
